REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS: FY 2021 CoC Local Application Process

On September 10, 2021, HSN opened the CoC Fl-507 Local Application Process for the HUD CoC Program Competition. Below you will find the approved timelines for this year’s application process followed by the Local Request for Funding Application (RFA) and supporting documentation. This local application process is a key part of the collaborative submission to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the FY 2021 CoC program competition, which opened on August 18, 2021. HUD’s competition will close on November 16, 2021. Homeless Services Network of Central Florida is the collaborative applicant for the Continuum of Care FL-507 (incorporating the counties of Orange, Osceola, and Seminole).

HUD FY 2021 CoC NOFO Program Competition is Now Open!

Announcing HUD CoC Funding Opportunity

Submission Deadline: Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 8:00 PM EST

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), previously known as Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), for the Fiscal Year 2021 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition. There is approximately $2.656 billion available nationally in the NOFO Competition.
