Volunteering for the 2025 Point-In-Time Count?
If you’ve already signed up for the shift, time and location of your choice, please watch the training video below. If you haven’t yet signed up, please go to our sign-up page and click on the location that’s most convenient for you, and then create an account. After that, you can choose the day(s) and time(s) you’d like to volunteer.
Then, click here to watch the Point-In-Time training video.
It takes about 15 minutes, and you can watch at your convenience any time before before your volunteer shift.

If this is you first time volunteering for the PIT Count, this additional video, created in 2023, has a detailed walk-through of each question. Note there are a few minor changes that you’ll encounter in the 2025 count, but you’ll be guided through each step by the app you’ll use to do the surveys. This video is not required viewing, but it may make you feel more comfortable with the process.
